Minimum Age Requirement

Use of the isaclive platform is restricted to individuals who have reached 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. By registering an account, users confirm that they meet this age requirement.

isaclive reserves the right at any time to request users to submit valid identity documents, including an identity card (MyKad) or passport, for the purpose of age and identity verification.

Regional Eligibility

This platform is designed specifically for users in Malaysia and operates in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users from regions that restrict or prohibit online gambling activity must ensure they comply with their local laws before registering.

isaclive operates under international licensing and is not responsible for any failure by users to comply with the laws and regulations in their respective regions.

Registration Process

Payment Methods and Limits

isaclive accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with the terms.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. isaclive does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is approved:

Welcome Bonus

isaclive offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM200, your balance becomes RM300 and you need to place bets totalling RM3,000 (RM200 × 15) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For deposits of RM1,600 and above, the maximum bonus is RM1,500 and the wagering requirement is RM22,500 (RM1,500 × 15).

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions on the isaclive platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus is limited to one account, one device, and one IP address
• Bonuses cannot be used in combination with other promotions unless stated

Game Integrity

All games on the isaclive platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or are run live with licensed game providers. The outcome of every match or game is final and cannot be disputed on the basis of assumption alone.

If a technical disruption occurs during a game session that affects the result, isaclive reserves the right to void the bet in question and refund the user. Winnings obtained through a system error will not be paid out.

Sports Betting

Odds displayed are accurate at the time they are shown but may change before the bet is confirmed. For live (in-play) betting, odds change in real time according to how the match progresses. Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled.

If any match or event that has been bet on is cancelled or not completed according to the set conditions, the bet will be returned to the user at its original value with no changes.

The following actions are considered fraudulent and will result in immediate cancellation of all winnings, account freezing, and possible legal action:

• Collusion between accounts to manipulate game outcomes
• Deliberately exploiting system errors
• Money laundering through betting activities
• Using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses

Right to Amend Terms
